Here’s How To Get Started:

You earned it, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks for it. At Counsel Capital, we believe that you shouldn’t have to go through ridiculous hoops to get it either. That’s why we made sure to make your fees more accessible to you by making the process incredibly simple.

Client Forms

To get started, just follow these five easy steps:

Step 1 – Fill out a copy of our User Agreement

After completing your legal work and earning your fees from your local, state, or federal agency, fill out and complete our User Agreement.

Step 2 – Send in your Payment Voucher with your Driver’s License

Next, send your Payment Voucher to Counsel Capital along with your driver’s license. If you have any questions, you can reach us through (email) or by calling 312-953-7980.

Step 3 – Complete your Assignment Schedule

After your submission has been reviewed and approved, you will be notified about completing your assignment schedule. Do so, sign and notarize it, then send us a copy of the payment vouchers that you’d like to be funded. Note that you can have more than one (1) assignment schedule at a time.

Step 4 – Send us your wire transfer and bank details

Finally, provide us with your wire transfer and bank instructions, and we will transfer your funds via ACH the next day if received by 3PM CDT.

Step 5 – Skip the waiting game NOW, get your balance later

Once we receive the agency-issued payment, we will send you a wire transfer for any balance of funds we have remaining after deducting our fees.
